Before-and-after photographs and movement analysis videos are taken solely for the purpose of tracking your individual progress. These will not be shared publicly or used for any marketing purpose without your explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent for the use of images at any time.
4. How your data is stored
Client records, consultation forms, photographs, and session notes are stored securely in Cliniko, a practice management platform. Cliniko stores data on servers located in Australia and operates in compliance with applicable data protection standards. Their privacy policy is available at cliniko.com/policies/privacy.
Contact form enquiries submitted via our website are transmitted to us by email and are not stored on our servers.
5. Disclosure of your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We will not disclose your data to third parties except:
- Where required by law or a regulatory authority.
- To service providers who process data on our behalf (such as Cliniko), under appropriate data protection obligations.
- With your explicit consent.
6. Retention
We retain client records for as long as is necessary to provide services and to meet our professional and legal obligations. Contact enquiries that do not result in a client relationship are deleted once the matter is resolved. If you wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us.
